Wella Koleston is a global hair color brand available in over 80 countries. We partnered with Proctor & Gamble to develop a “global design” that could be adapted to address in-market cultural differences. We gained a deep understanding of the consumer by immersing ourselves in key markets with in-home visits, shop-alongs, design thinking, and research. Our work helped to firmly establish Wella Koleston as one of the world's most sought-after hair color brands.
